Established in Gaborone in 2016 and 100% Botswana citizen-owned, Deepcat Investments exists to prove that local firms can hold the line on international-grade environmental practice.
Most environmental problems on site aren't caused by missing reports — they're caused by reports nobody can implement. Deepcat was founded on the opposite idea: assessments, plans and monitoring designed around the way construction, mining and infrastructure projects actually operate.
That means specialists who walk the site rather than work from a desk; management plans written for the foreman as much as the regulator; and monitoring reports that tell you what to fix, by whom, by when.
As a citizen-owned firm, we also carry a second mandate: growing Botswana's own environmental capability, one project and one trained site team at a time.
Dinah founded Deepcat Investments in 2016 and leads every engagement personally — from the first site walk-over to the final close-out report. Her approach is simple: know the land, know the law, and give clients findings they can act on the same week.
